Another nice day in Dubai who ended in a nice ice cream bar at Dubai Marina. Cone Street is defiantly worth a visit. I had the pleasure to try a italian ice cream with my friends Nicolo San Germano, his son and Major Ahamed, the MD of Fujairah Marine Sport Club. As normal, the conversation was regarding future of the powerboat sport. 
Nicolo have now more than 15 years in the Emirates, and is always ending his championship with a race in Abu Dhahi and final in Sharjah. I still remember first time I meet Nicolo in the emirates of Sharjah. I raced in F4, won the race in front of a great crowd. After that, I moved here for many years, great expiriance.

Alongside this, i meet many fantastic people, and its always great to share time with Major Ahamed. Fujairah Marine Sport Club is just finished with the last rounds of the F2 World championship. Next on the calendar is the Xcat World cahmpionship.
There will not bee any F2 races in Fujairah in 2010, but major is looking to attrack more events in terms of fishing, sailing and rowing, and as top of the line in 2010 – the Xcat UIM worldchampionship round.
